Monarch Awards Foundation, Inc. Collaborates for Impact at their annual “We Are One: Visions of Victory” MLK Day of Service event

The Monarch Awards Foundation, Inc., and Imani Pearls Community Development Foundation, in partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® ​-Xi Nu Omega and Chi Omega Omega chapters, hosted the “We Are One: Visions of Victory” MLK Day of Service event on January 20, 2025, at the DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center in Chicago. The free public event celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy through activities such as storytelling, music, film screenings, creative workshops, trivia, food trucks,​ and a vendor fair promoting volunteerism. Attendees donated winter accessories for young men and women at Belfort House.
