On Saturday, August 23, 2025, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®-Xi Nu Omega Chapter and Monarch Awards Foundation, Inc. leaders gathered for a transformative Leadership Retreat designed to do more than plan—it was a full-on recharge for the soul of our service.

This offsite experience gave our leaders the space to:
