Chartered July 9, 1982, Xi Nu Omega continues to honor the mission of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Incorporated®-- the first and oldest sorority founded by African American women in 1908. Under the 2022-2026 international theme, Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood, we embody the principles of providing service to all mankind by remaining engaged in impactful initiatives that impact civic, social, and community organizations in Chicago, Illinois, and the surrounding communities.

 

With a thriving membership of college-trained women in not-for-profit, government, business, education, technology, healthcare, and other professions, Xi Nu Omega members seek to serve and lead in every aspect that uplifts our communities.
