44 Years of Sisterhood, Service, and Legacy

We remembered where we began, celebrated how far we have come, and looked ahead to what is still possible.

On June 13, 2026, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® -Xi Nu Omega Chapter celebrated its 44th anniversary with an afternoon that felt like a family reunion.

Sisters reflected on the chapter’s history, honored our Ivies Beyond the Wall, and heard from chartering and former chapter leaders who helped shape the legacy we continue today. We also celebrated members reaching milestones of 5 to 40 years of consecutive service to the chapter. The celebration included music, fellowship, a summer fashion showcase, and plenty of moments to reconnect across generations of membership.

For 44 years, our story has been built by Sisters who served, led, loved, and made room for those coming behind them.
